Mansfield & Ashfield Wildlife Watch Group
Wildlife Watch is the junior branch of the Wildlife Trust and the Mansfield & Ashfield Group offer a big wild welcome to children that enjoy exploring the great outdoors and we are fortunate to have some amazing green spaces on our doorstep. We are grateful for the opportunity to start our sessions at St Mark’s Church Hall and to appreciate not only Titchfield Park but especially our Quarry Lane and Oakham Nature Reserves, within easy walking distance.
​We arrange different activities throughout the year, meeting usually on the first Saturday of the month from 10.30 – 12.30. Most children are aged 7 – 13 but some youngsters stay with us well into their teens. They enjoy finding out about the weird and wonderful creatures and their habitats within our environment.
